Excuses not to repalce my phones

I have launced a complaint last week 27 February regarding your poor service. Up to date, almost 5 weeks and my Cell phones have not been replaced yet. This I pay Insurance for. Now the lame excuse is that my simcard 072 was inserted into the E7 Nokia and therefor they declined replacement of my Nokia E7. What happened to 21 day service. My C7 Nokia that was lost and found in a damaged state was also not repaired. Blanche phoned me back only after two day although I was promised the next day. Meanwhile I am still sitting without my cell phones and still paying every month. Your service in this regard is unexceptable. Your service and promises does not add up!! Please replace my 2 cellphones that I pay for? Blanche is only coming up with excuses and promises that does not happen. Now I am stuck with 4 Cell C contracts due to failure of your service. I am a paying customer for more than 6 years now and you treat me like this!!! Is there someone else more authorized that can assist me. Your method of trying to and assist me does not help. Please note, I own both contracts C7 and E7 Nokia cell phones with Cell C!!
