New phone can not be used not replaced or repaired

In august 2013 contract was renewed, two cell phones a nokia lumia and samsung s3 mini, within 3 days the phone nokia lumia520 screen froze I called cell c direct 084145 and two weeks later the phone was fetched for upgrade I was told the handset cannot be replaced or take a different phone as it was past the five day period. The phone then came back from repairs but had no content, the screen was blank with only the nokia logo on I again called in and the nokia was resent for repairs and returned. This time the phone had contents and allowed me to make phone calls only no sms or Internet, so I went to the cell c store in Pinelands an for over two hours they tried to assist even calling the call centre but was told that there was a hardware problem on the phone I need to call cell c direct to send the phone in again, I called call centre but was told to go back to the store to send the nokia away for repairs so I again went back to the Pinelands store who again tried to assist with Internet connection but was told they cannot send the phone in by callinh 084145 option 3 and I did however three weeks later it has not been collected. Please assist. Thank you.
