I handed my C7 in after it was lost for tree days and found by the customer in the muddy road for repairs. Now it comes back and they say liquid damamge, are sty stupid? knows what happend in those tree day, I should have reported in lost. Only a bit of IQ is needed to figure this out. I pay my insurance and I want it to be replaced, not excuses. 4 weeks for them to figure this out??? Replace your staff!!

I am fedup with the bad service Cell C has provided me me the past few years, the worst ever!!!

Please do not come with sorry and Sipho will contact me in this regard, he also has a lot of excuses to avoid the issue. He only phones after a week I submitted my complaint. This is really unacceptable. Take you damm phone back and give me a new one, that is why I pay insurance!!! I will mail this to the beeld and consumer council. I can not believe you treat your old customers like animals!!! Totally unacceptable!!!

Stop with your lame excuses!!!
