Good day Cell C, since 22 October 2012 i've been trying on numerous occasions to get through to your customer service line and being unsuccessful. I am lodging a query of dissatisfaction of my choice made to upgrade. My choice was the Nokia Asha 303. I have a problem with the USB stick as it doesn't work on my laptop. I have returned the phone and will rather make my choice of upgrade the 9320 Blackberry.
Cell C returned the following: "Dear Ronald, your Nokia N303 has been booked for repair with Job no OBF073491. 06 December 2012 i've sent the following e-mail: I have two contracts with Cell C: My lines have been cancelled by Cell C and the reason is that I need to pay R192.00 of which I really don't know why. I have made several calls to your call centre and have sent several e-mails to your customer service e-mail address. I have been a Cell C customer for more than 2 years. Cell C makes promises to get back to me. Today is the 13 February 2013 and still nothing and getting billed for an upgrade phone which i never received. I have 2x contracts with Cell C for past few years now and will cancel my contracts should I do not get any professional attention to my query.
