I subscribed with CELL C and purchase two nokia 302 and the phones are faulty when I tried calling their customer care no 084145 and 084140 they put me to pillar to post am not enjoying the phone and also sent them an e-mail they deleted it without read and no feedback and I need the phones to be replace as they are quick on debit my account very sad about their bad services' would some to call me and explain what must I do because next month am not pay for the contract phone it's a nightmare. Please see e-mail send to them.

AM VERY FRUSTRATED AS I GOT TWO PHONES WITH THE SAME PROMBLEMS.
o Battery dies very quickly and will have to charge them every day
o The phones just freeze will browsing thru or busy with it
o Internet not connecting even thou I have correct settings
Please help as I have been calling your cell -c contact centre without any help instead they sent me from pillar to post without being assisted.
