Cell C
AWFUL SERVICE

I was phoned towards the end of November by a salesperson called Phumalee from Cell C, offering me 2 Nokia Asha's for R50, 00 pm. I said that I would take them and was advised that they would be delivered within 5 working days. Didn't happen. I eventually received one phone and phoned to Cell C to advise that I had only received the one. I eventually received the second phone a few days later. I tried using the phones which did not work. I immediately wrote and phoned Cell C. I have spoken to a Monwabis and a few other people. I don't have the spelling of their names. I was advised that they would collect the phones and as of today I am still sitting with them!! I have requested that they stop taking off R100, 00 per month from my account, which obviously hasn't been done. I am so sick of trying to phone and eventually getting through and being told that they would collect the phones. I even tried taking back the phones in December to a Cell C store in Pinetown and was advised that they cannot take the phones. Please could you assist me with this and I look forward to hearing from you as obviously nothing gets done by Cell C.
