NOKIA ADVERTISE ONE THING AND SELLS ANOTHER

I upgraded to a new Nokia Lumia 920 phone only 3 weeks ago. The phone is being advertised as having a Bulletproof Gorilla Glass as a screen. My phone fell this morning for the very first time and this "Bulletproof" screen shattered. My other phones fell how many times and did not break. Cell phones fall all the time. I bought this phone as they advertise it as being so strong and again "Bulletproof". It is unacceptable for me to have to pay R2300.00 repair cost (as per Nokia Care Centre Pretoria quote). I want the screen to be replaced for free, or even have the phone replaced for free by Nokia. I have had Nokia's for more than 15 years and always supported them and believed this is the best make of phone and proclaimed it to all people.
