I am very displeased with the current contract we have with MTN. At the time we had moved into our new home the address was not yet registered and as a result could not get a Telkom landline. We resorted to a 3G (and much more expensive @R900p/m) option through MTN.

As high end users we chose the Sh@relink Business package but we do not receive the speeds as advertised. After 10GB has been used we are throttled to 384KB instead of 512. It specifies this in the web browser summary and I have done several tests via [URL Removed] I bought an external antenna to try boost the signal strength with no luck as it will not accept the setting changes.

Your assistance to resolve this matter will be appreciated.
