Not getting what I am paying for

I have full signal alot of the time but never less that 3 bars on my Huawei modem which is capable of downloading at speeds of up to 7.2mbps. However, 90% of the time i don't even get speeds in excess of 0.5mbps. I have done speed tests to confirm this.

The way I understand it, is that if the area I am in has 3G coverage, and I am getting full signal, I should at least be getting over 2mbps (or preferably the advertised 7.2mbps)

I have seen a LOT of complaints regarding this same issue and as a consumer, I would like 8ta to please provide a technical explanation as to why the service is not up to scratch and is so slow.

Other service providers seem to be perfectly capable in providing high speeds via 3G but I find them too expensive and so that is the reason I chose to go for the 10Gig deal with 8ta which is a very good deal provided that the advertised service is delivered.

Please can 8ta do something about this as the contract WE have entered into is a 2 year contract and I will not be happy if I have to pay every month for the remaining 22 months for a service that I am not getting.
