MTN Sh@relink Router - Bad connection problems

Good Day,

I currently own an MTN Sh@relink Router on the uncapped lite package, MTN had a few months ago. DO NOT EVEN consider getting it if it gets relaunched.

I recently moved to a new suburb, and have either no or extremely bad internet connection. I contacted MTN on the 20th of December 2013, to find out if it is on their side or on mine where the problem is. All I want is a response from their "Coverage contact Centre", and if they can do something about the bad connection I'm receiving, (e.g. put up an external directional antenna or increase the connection range in my area) Just something!!! And if the problem is on my side I'd gladly do something about it, as my contract with MTN only expires in a a few months.

I've repeatedly sent emails, and made phone calls, with still no answer to my questions! All I receive is that the query has been given through to the "coverage contact centre", and accompanied by a frustrating robotic reply.

Needless to say, still no answer from them, and I'm still without internet and paying for no services!!
