Can't cancel contract even with no service

I have been struggling with two separate data contracts (Top up data S) from my home as I have experienced frequent disconnections, unable to connect and poor signal problems. After trying customer care and even the vodashops I have received this email verbatim: "This customer was already visited during October last year by Masheer and found that they 3G coverage is very poor in the general area. All the surrounding complexes and office parks within this are battling with Vodacom signal.

Due to his low average spend (R307.50), we cannot assist him with a booster or antenna. If he wishes to boost the signal at his own cost, he can contact Poynting Direct to get advise on equipment and how to boost his 3G signal. Now Vodacom has a duty to performance of a service but due to my low average spent I should not receive assistance. Vodacom discriminates and prioritizes assistance to higher average spend usage. Good luck to everyone on vodacom, the place were they don't care about the individual it is just how much you spend! They breach contract but the individual keeps paying!
