Data bundles never loaded

When I opened my contract (with which i should receive 300MB plus 50MB every month) I bought a prepaid 3GB (valid for a year) which was loaded onto my phone.
The first month after the contract was activated I have received my 300MB = 50MB but after that I have not once received my monthly data.
When I contacted Cell C I have been told they have sent it. They seem not to get the fact that the data reflects on their side but never reaches my side.
They have now started to avoid my calls. A service consultant will answer my call, tell me they have sent the complaint through and then after three days I would receive an sms stating the problem is solved.

Fact is, the problem has not been solved.
