Hi,
I recently got a call from Cell C in cresta informing me that it is time to upgrade. I placed an order with Nelson (one of the consultants) to migrate my account to a new package.

After several weeks he contacted me to let me know that stock had arrived at the Rosebank branch. There I was helped by a consultant named Mona-Lisa.

The contract I migrated to offers 100 minutes talk-time, 100 sms' and 1 gig of data.
Currently I only receive the minutes, sms' and 100 megabytes of data.

I went to the cell-c branch in Cresta to find out about this, and they tell me that the data is loaded, but that it takes a while to be updated on the balance check done via the phone. This was about two weeks ago.

Today I went back due to a bill we received concerning the out of bundle data usage (I have used 178mb as of now), and they tell me that due to the fact that my previous contract is still valid (they failed to tell me it is still valid) and that this means that I only receive a limited amount of my new data.

I understand how this works, but I was explicitly told that I would receive my full package from the first full month after signing. I was to about the current data on the acc
