Ad service, pathetic call centre, broken service

My business internet line has been down for 7 days. been calling the call centre and they sent a technician who claims that all business internet lines are a problem currently. really!!! every shop around here has internet besides our shop and yet i get a shoddy story from a 'technician" . 7 days with no internet in my business and yet no solution to the problem. well done telkom!!! is there anyone that really works at telkom that can help?
