Pathetic MTN service

MTN has dissapointed me deeply.

They never called me to tell me my data stick is available.
Drove to the store just to learn that the deal has not been finalized.
I called them to hear that the deal was finalized.
Took the Consultant 45 min just to hand over the data stick.
He could not swith a laptop on.
The consultant startet undressing and changing shirt right in front of me.
Got home and found out it was 2g edge and not 3G as I was promised several times.
Phoned the shop 3 times today every time I was told they would phone me back.
Held the line for 45 min.

Worst service I have ever experienced
