Two years ago we signed a contract for R189 and currently the monthly subscription is R220 - when did it go up and who authorised it??

On the 4th of March we received our account for Data and I phoned in to customer service to query only after holding 10 minutes the phone was answered by Asha (sounded as if she knew nothing). Hoping to get some joy, I explained my query and then she had the audacity to put me on hold for a total of 25 minutes before I decided to hang up and email them.

I sent a mail to [Email Removed] which I saw was read on the 4th as well, but nobody came back to me. I phoned in again on the 5th because I decided to cancel our subscription the prompt message for cancellation transferred me to retention and then they put me on hold for about 15 minutes.

Please get your act together and live up to customers expectation toward service levels.
