I upgraded to a Smart Advanced contract on the iphone 5 on the 4 January where i am meant to receive the following 180 minutes on the weekend, 180 minutes vc-vc anytime and 450 subscription minutes. I do not receive the weekend minutes and have not for feb, march or April. I have been trying to resolve this problem since early February. First phoned the call centre and the service i received was absolutely shocking, A lady by the name of Temoho did nothing and did not respond to me... I provided proof that i was meant to receive the minutes but nothing was done. I then went to a Nashua mobile store to sort the problem out where The sales person clearly showed me Nashua are in breach of contact and contacted them. They replied by saying i am receiving the minutes with a statement (but the statement clearly show i am not) Nashua continue to send proof of me receiving the vc-vc minutes and ignore the query about the weekend minutes. The service i have received has been shocking and they wont let me cancel the contract. Seems the only way to resolve this is by legal action. I will never ever use Nashua again and i advise anyone else to do the same.
