Incorrect billing and no response

After upgrading my cellphone account and data bundle i got an sms notification that all my further out of bundle rates will be 15c, but at the end of the month i was charged 99c per out of bundle sms. I sent an email query and recieved a 'one liner' sms answer which didnt speak to any of my concerns and consequently i sent 3 more emails with absolutely no response.
To date i havent had any feedback, while they just keep deducting monthly payments as they please without rectifying their mistake.
