I have been with vodacom for 2 years, but on th 7nth of may 2013 I was called by a vodacom customer care consultant, who told me that i have opened 4 new contracts with vodacom, WHICH I NEVER DID, vodacom tried to deduct R598.00 on the 10nth which was unpaid and caused me R115.00 bank charges, I reported the case to vodacome, Ref no: S3-TP938-8J6L4 but vodacom told me that they will still deduct R700.00 on the 28 of may 2013 WHICH I DONT KNOW, i requested them to stop the payment as i NEVER signed for the 4 contract (0725852073;0725852254;072585196;0725851722) but i was told that theres nothing they can do to stop the deduction which i never signed for, now i'm trying to buy a house and they causing me unexpected deduction in my account

All I want is for my account not to be debited as wether they change my payment method as cash as I DID NOT SIGN FOR THOSE NEW 4 contracts but the rude consultants told me that I must just relax my money will be paid back after investigation I asked for turn around time they were not sure

please change my account to cash as you investigating is all i asked for AS I NEVER SIGNED FOR THE contracts
