Still being billed for terminated contract

Since October 2012 MTN is still billing me for an out of contract contract that I canceled. I have been in to the Waterfront shop twice and have tried calling on numerous occasions - but all to no avail. I have even tried contacting MTN on Facebook as a last resort. But I ever hear is: "Please let us know the nature of your complaint an we will get back to you".
MTN: please stop billing me immediately and refund me the R750 you have taken from me thus far! Your customer service is absolutely APPALLING and the only reason I moved over to Vodacom. But to continue billing me for a cancel contract, is unacceptable.
