Trying to get my tools from abroad

I have moved to the UK and trying to get onto mytools. To register I have to get the activation sms. I wrote to cell c to explain the situation and find out if I can get an email instead as I cannot get my sms in the UK. The response was a link to the website which I had already explained does not work if you cannot access your sms's. Any advice? ialso plan to cancel my contract, how do I do that from outside the Country? CA
