After taking a new contract with Vodacom in oct 2012 my BIS service was never canceled and I`m still being billed for it being charged normal internet rates seeing that I used a diferent handset other than a blackberry
when I phoned to querrie the amounts I was told sorry for the high bill
if the consultant who was supposed to help me knew about her company`s product maybe we wouldnt have sat in this position
when I took the phone I was told that the phone is LTE compatible and its not
I now decided to rather sell the phone to cancel the contract I`d rather go to a different network where they care about clients and not the whole time
I`m taking my whole family over to a different network seeing that I can trust Vodacom with my own acount how must i trust them with my family
