I bought an S3 in Nov 2013 and it got on 20/04/14 when i went to claim from Vodacom the people they have an S3 LTE, i asked how it was different to the normal one & the only thing they said was that it had faster internet. i had the phone for 7 days and returned coz i found that 1) Network service ws bad 2) it had no predictive text (whn the phone i insured had) 3) it had no FM radio. they got a SAMSUMG specialist to check &he confirmed my suspicions.
They took the phone to their specialist who came bck saying "no error found".
Vodacom refused to give me a normal S3 even after SAMSUMG told them and they now saying i didn't ask if it had a radio, i asked how different this phone was to my old one. The phone is not the same as the one i insured and i think they are such a lousy service provider- their people didn't disclose these things to me even after i asked how different this phone was from the normal S3.

Vodacom has the worst people and frankly don't deserve our support as consumers, i am not happy with this lousy phone but they are forcing me to take it.
My family and i have been with Vodacom for over 10 year, we are taking our moeny elsewhere!
