Not happy wi Vodacom at all!!!

I have a blackberry contract with Vodacom, I have had the contract for just over one year. Now the phone has decided to not work anymore! I have sent the phone in 4 TIMES now and still they cannot find out what is wrong with the piece of!!!
Vodacom has just lost a good paying customer! I will NOT be taking my up grade with Vodacom! I will rather go without a phone then deal with the crapy service I get from them! I spend R640 a month with me and they tell me it doesn't classify me for an early upgrade to help me out! There for they have lost me and my whole company!!!
I will never take put another Vodacom contract as long as I live nether will my family!!!
