Vodacom taking forever to refund me

I am a big Vodacom admirer, but now they are starting to test my trust in them. I have three iPhone contracts and one wifi router contract. My wifi router's bill is usually R179 per month, but my September bill was R1376.

I phoned on 26 September 2013 and Vodacom confirmed that they charged me extra 600MB between 3-15 Aug for my wifi router. They also confirmed that they shouldn't have charged me extra because I had enough data left for the month. They said they will come back to me in 24 hours. I have a reference number for this request.

I waited and decided to phone back the following day. Vodacom said my request is still pending. I phoned on 1 October 2013 and Vodacom said my request is still pending. I phoned on 8 October 2013 and Vodacom said that a consultant will phone me back. I'm still waiting and today is 15 October 2013.

Vodacom owe me R1200 but are taking their time to pay my money back. This is not the type of service I expect from Vodacom and I am extremely disappointed. I am very unhappy with the service I am getting from Vodacom.
