NO SUPPORT FROM VODACOM FRANCHISES FOR TELESALES A

I was convinced to enter into a two year contract for a mobile router via a telesales agent in Durban during mid November 2012. The router was delivered a few days later and by the time I realised it was not working the 7 day return/cancellation period had expired. I have since been back to the Vodacom shop in Retail Park EL on three separate occasions for assistance, but during the last visit on Sunday 13/01/13, was told that the router is faulty. Today I went to 3 Vodacom franchise outlets, only to be told telesales was not their problem. One sales person referred me to Vodacare for repairs to be done, but why repair a router that has never been used? This can be verified by Vodacom, none of the data has been used! I was told by a lady at rewards in Durban that they would neither cancel of collect the router! The sales pitch from the telesales person was the incredible saving I would make, but sadly this has not happened and I have not received any after sales service! Vodacom regional offices in EL were the only ones prepared to try and assist, but my router is still not woking and no Vodacom franchise is interested in solving my problem! Where do I go from here?
