With regards to statements, I advised Cell C on numerous occasions to post my statements because I am unable to open them on my IPad or PC. I am still not receiving my statements however every month my account is debited.

With regards to the repairs and services, from the time I had taken my contract with Cell C, I have had endless problems. I have been to the same branch more than 5 times and after almost 1 and a half years they realized that the phone needs a software upgrade. My phone was sent for Repairs on the 01/02/13 and still not received. On the 02/03/13 I received a call advising me that the repair will cost R501.00 and I have 8 months left on my contract. When you are experiencing problems, you are requested to call customer services. When I called customer services, I waited more than an hour for assistance. I wrote to customer services and they don't respond. If customer service, the store manager and the consultants at the store cannot assist, then who can. This is not acceptable, totally disappointed after supporting Cell C for many years.
