Endless problems with cancelling this service

I have been experiencing endless problems with cancelling the Get It service on my Cell C contract. I received a call on 29.11.2012 from a Get It consultant offering this service, which I accepted. I then called Cell C back on 30.11.2012 to cancel this service which I accepted the prior day. When receiving my monthly statement (I think at the end of December), I was charged for this service. HOW COULD I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR SOMETHING WHICH I CANCELLED WITHIN 24HOURS! I have called Cell C and the Get It services numerous times querying why this services has not been cancelled and WHY I am STILL being billed even up to my statement I received at the end of March? I have spoken to various consultants who have advised many times that this service has been cancelled but it just doesn't seem to reflect on my statements! I have been told to pay the subscription fee for this service even though I requested to have this STUPID service cancelled 1 DAY after accepting resulting in my Cell C line being suspended because there doesn't seem to be anyone COMPETENT enough to have this SIMPLE ISSUE resolved.
I WANT all recordings as I am forced to take this matter to the Ombudsman
