The consultant just informed my that I am getting billed for the BIS as the store that took in the phones does not know they should cancel the services on the phone when the blackberry goes in for repairs as there customer service request is not link to the repairs request, now how should a client use BIS if there blackberry that they received with sim contract is in for repairs, and why must the client sit without a phone if the repairs agreement states that they phone will be returned within 21 days. Cell cannot keep to their promises and I will never advise or renew my contracts with them. There customer services is the most pathetic, the consultant is arrogant and and I think they are very unprofessional. My problem is still unsolved, I will probably receive my phone by the end of my warranty so that I must pay the repairs cost. No need to phone me cell c I am cancelling my contract
