My blackberry went in for reapirs on the 17.01.2013- policy is 21 Working days, never the less i kept call cell c store greenstone on the progress of the phone. i spoke to many consultants who was nfriendly and no attitude of helping at all... keep saying its in repairs and i must await an sms. anyway its heading to 21 days and i kept calling the store, eventually Amina advised i call the cell c re[pairs on the 140 customer line... she couldnt even assist.. im the client and i need to do the calling . anyway i called on the 8.02.2013 and was advised the phone is repaired and awaiting to be dispached to the store, so i call Amina and infom her . end of 2days was the 15th Feb and no sms or call from the store so i called and Amina advised by monday phone will be dispatched, i called Monday the 18.02.2013 and with no empathy or assistance she advise me phones were disptacehd and she will look through if mine is there, she then sms my husband and advised the phone was not dispatched. if me, the client didnt call these so call customer services consultants would have done nothing.
i will never reccomend cell c
not once did they go the extra mile in ensuring i dont call
