On the 15th of July I gave my phone for repairs to cell c Carlswald due to problems with the back light/ screen light that never turn off, no network and freezing - BB z10. Prior to sending my phone for repairs I called Cell C customer service and asked that they cancel the contract as I just about had enough service issues with Cell C from initiation of contract to now. i was advised rather send it in for repairs 1st. I contacted blackberry directly and asked for assistance with the issues on the phone. They reformatting & reloaded software again to no success, they then referred me back to Cell c & said it is a hardware issue not software. The went for repairs on the 15th of July & returned on the 1st of Aug. I switched it on & it was not repaired. This is pure incompetence & lack of service from Cell C! Today is the 19th of Aug & I still am phoneless. I have requested from the Manager @ Cell C Carlswarld for the contract be cancelled so I can go & get a new contract with a phone that works or I want from Cell C a new phone, within the parameters of my current contract, after 3 email following up I still have not received feedback. I would really appreciate some feedback today!
