Contract cut because of disputed rates!

I entered into 3 no 2gig data contracts with cellc via recorded telephone contracts. The quoted out of bundle data rates were less than 5c per Gigabite. The in bundle rate being 5c per gigabite.
I received a sms stating that when the in bundle data was used, the out of bundle rate of 15c per gigabite would start. I queried this, and was advised that they had listened to the recorded contract and agreed that the quoted out of bundle rate was 2c per gigabite!
When I insisted to stick to the quoted rates of our contract, I was told that this was not happening. I repeatedly requested to be called by the customer services manager to explain this to me. At a certain stage I was told that the contracts was to be terminated since I did not want to be charged more for the out of bundle data than for the in bundle data. Subsequently my phone line and the 3 data contracts were cut without my consent on a Friday afternoon!
I have had to spend hours on the phone trying to get through to the call center, which was impossible on Friday and on Monday. On Tuesday I managed to contact Andrew in the CEO's office whom managed to get my phone line back working. still waiting... very unhappy
