Thank you to Vodacom for the century that I have had a contract with them. I am now due for an upgrade but can unfortunately no longer afford to be on a contract and would like to apply for pay-as-you go service. I would like to keep my number if that is possible. 0798814421. I have just been informed by Lizzie in the customer services department to phone the number 0821958 but after holding on for over 5 minutes I have decided to rather go the internet way to resolve this. I have another contract under the number 0790917363 which is a separate internet data service deal. I would like to know the status of this account - the laptop purchased through this deal should be paid off by now. Please check the balance and let me know how much outstanding. I will be needing this number but the laptop should be paid off by now and this amount must decrease. Kindly let me have the above information as soon as possible. Thank you
