Telkom - As unreliable as ever!

I have had to take 2 days leave for a simple ADSL line installation. On both occasion a technician arrived, said he would be back within 5 minutes and never pitched again. Despite Telkom sending me numerous sms's to confirm installation, I still have nothing but feeble apologies from their Help Line. Why did I ever think that Telkom's service has improved.
