Telkom you have the worst call center in the world, on average you are on hold for 15 minutes and then when you finally get through the person just transfer you to another department.

1st off I wanted to move my line to my new premises on the day of the installation the technician phones my wife and just say they have faulty equipment and he needs to order new equipment (!!!) after they new about this for like 2 weeks already!!

When I called the call center they said the case was closed (!!! Again) but they will get the technician to call me 5 days later - yeah right!!

Can someone please give me an alternative number to contact Telkom all I want to do is cancel my Telkom Line due to the bad service.
