Walking away from a customer while their talking

I bought megabytes from Vodacom & they disappeared in a few minutes. I complained & asked what could have caused it & they went on about automatic updates that could have used up those megabytes. I then spoke to Kyle Smith an I.T specialist & he walked off during my complaint.
