VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

Okay First thing is first... before the start of FEB telkom send a email out to let us know that thy will remove all restrictions on the 1MB lines in the area, and that the lines will be effected from the 1-6 of FEB, My line never came back to normal and my phone is been dead ever since... my download speed is @ 33kb/s where is was running @ 88kb/s... I had 3 IT and Network (system) Engineers @ my house to come and explain to me what is going on... the fault is not on the line itself but my account... after Reporting a fault nothing has happened... All the money I lost this month will not be covered by telkomsa, and I must still pay a full month of usage???... But I will not.. I have My lawyer at hand and is willing to help me for free to settle this with telkomsa, I WILL NOT PAY A FULL MONTHS SERVICE AND I WILL BE JOINING THE MWEB DATA EXCHANGE FROM TODAY EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY... MWEB WILL CONTACT TELKOMSA TODAY AND SWITCH ME OVER... I'm Waiting for a apology and a statement that shows me not paying for a full month of data usage... or steps will be taken
