We don't want/need your business

A recent study has shown that a customer has decided within the first ten seconds of walking in to an establishment whether or not they will be returning. On Wednesday, the 1st of May, my mother and I decided to go out for lunch and catch up as we haven't seem eachother in some time. We decided to try Bistro Bella-Mie as the shop was packed to the rafters with customers and it looked nice and busy. We proceeded to the entrance where we stood waiting for five minutes. There was a waiter busy on the computer by the door and one walked passed him carrying plates, instructing him to help us. The waiter by the computer responded: 'No, I am busy, '
After five more minutes, what we assume to be a manager walked passed and ask if he could seat us. We asked to sit inside and he said we can go sit wherever we want. Wherever we want consisted out of three tables; two of which were dirty, unwiped and unset. After taking in pur seats we sat waiting for 34 minutes in which not one person who walked passed asked if we have been helped or if they can organize us some drinks. We stood up and left, taking pur business elsewhere. I normally tip 20-30%, being a waiter myself at The Godfather Restaurant
