EXCESSIVE DATA CHARGES with no explanation

I have been an Autopage Custimer since 2004. This is the 1st time I have had an enormous problem and hope that Autopage can assist me. I have a CellC Straight Up 200 iPhone 16GB. I have been on this since December 2012. My monthly phone bill ranges from R600 to R1000. If it is higher it is due to phone calls not data. In February I received a call saying that my usage was rather high and was there a problem. This was an understatment as it was all data charges of approx R1500 (ex VAT) that was generated in less than a week! At no point did Autopage alert me that my data cap was finished and that I was now being charged. This is unacceptable.
I logged a dispute Ref 235644 with Tebogo who told me it would take 24 hours to resolve. Not having heard anything I called today to follow up. The guy (who was very nice) told me that I would be called back by his manager. When I asked them to give me details of what generated worth of data, they are unable to do so. I want to know what was downloading- specifically the one charge on 11/02 at midnight (when I am normally asleep) of R1293 (ex VAT)!! I think it is only reasonable to provide proof.
