Second Month - Breach of Contract

As per my signed agreement with Cell C I should get an extra 800 megabytes of data every month for 24 months on my Straight Up 200 contract. Last month I only received 200 megabytes data when my account has been recharged. I complained about this and the promotional 800 megabytes has been added to my account after a long and difficult dispute. Cell C's head office informed me that this has been rectified, added the promotional bundle on my account and confirmed it will not happen again.
However, when my account has been recharged this month I only received 200 megabytes data without the promotional bundle. I already informed them of this to no avail.
I am a brand new customer with Cell C, and I cannot express in words my utmost and utter disgust with this company. Please inform me, is it going to be the very same struggle every month to get what I am supposed to as per our signed agreement???
I am absolutely furious about this, and will probably get a call from an agent requesting me to explain everything in detail yet again.
I ALREADY EXPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES WHAT MY PROBLEM IS AND REQUIRE YOU TO ADD MY PROMOTIONAL DATA TO MY ACCOUNT AS PER OUR SIGNED AGREEMENT.
