Vodacom don't want their customers

We live in Bryanston and in our particular area/house, the Voadacom signal is so bad that more often than not, our phones display "no service". When we do have signal, it is only Edge which makes accessing the web etc, impossible. Calls are dropped regularly as well.
I report the issue to Vodacom after hearing from a colleague that Vodacom can help by installing a signal booster. Call centre agent explains that there is a process to go through first which I accept. First feedback tells me about where new towers are planned and where planned towers were rejected/objected to by residents (why, is another story!). No offer of a signal booster but I am promised further feedback in due course. Second set of feedback still no offer of a signal booster and when I ask if Vodacom would prefer that I move my business to the competition, the call centre agent offers to put me though to "cancellations"! So basically, if you don't like what we tell you, please leave is what Vodacom is telling their customers.
Cell C has perfect 3G signal in our area/house, so maybe I should just move my business and get it over with...
