You guys deducted an amount of R2200.00 form my account. This is not possible as my bill hardly ever exceed R800.00 . I therefore need to verify the charges on my itemized billing which I am not receiving.

It is impossible to request this from your call centre or to get through to a human being for that matter and enquiries on your website proofed futile.

Please contact me to resolve this. My next step will include your CEO and the consumer commission.
