Good day,

After numerous telephonic and hello peter complaints regarding the billing on my cell contract it still remains unsolved.
It is a mystery why this is so.
I refuse payment on my account up until this issue has been resolved.
Please attend to my billing query asap as I am tired of leaving complaints and wasting hours at a time calling into your call centre who do not help.

If not fixed before the next billing date, I will report to the National Consumer Commission as I am a consumer being ill treated by MTN and I refuse to do so laying down.

The Consumer Protection Act is in place for us consumers who have been given slack by providers such as yourself.

And if you do not wish calling me directly to resolve, do not bother replying on this thread as usually done.
I am human, not machine so please avoid s.
