I enetered into a contarct with ALTECH AUTOPAGE, STANGER in August 2010.During January 2011, i experienced with the mobile and tokk it to the store, which was sent for repairs. A few months later, i experienced problems, which happened for the third fourth and fifth time.

Ater the second occassion, i was told that the mobile would be replaced after the third occassion, but went in five times and was never replaced.

No fed up with the Stanger, with the poor response, or no response, i made it clear with them, around March 2012, that the debit order will be cancalled, due to fact that i was paying for something i did not have, also, during the period i had the phone, it spent more time being repaired thah being used.

To date, i do not know where the mobile is. I received a Final Demand from the Head Office, in Midrand, being handed over to their attorneys, this despite my having extensive telephonic and written communication (which is readily available), without any satisfaction,

As a matter of fact, i would like to forward copies of my correspondence, to a competent and capable person.
