Terrible Customer Service &

Firstly I am not a cell c customer but want to be so I called 084 145 and applied for a Samsung galaxy nexus. the guy I spoke to said the delivery would take up to 7 days. IF IT TAKES LONGER WHY DON'T THEY JUST TELL ME INSTEAD OF LYING TO ME. its the seventh day and nothing. This is a phone i need for business purposes and now have to struggle without it.

I tried contacting the call centre and no answer for over a half a hour and STANDARD CALL RATES APPLY because I am not a cell C Client!!! WHAT THE IS THAT!!!
I WANT TO BE A CELL C CLIENT!!!

All I want is the contract I asked for and the phone and that's it... THEN I WONT BOTHER YOU AGAIN!!!

IS IT SO HARD TO GET A CONTRACT FROM YOU GUYS!!!
