Stay away from Cell C!!!

I applied for a Data contract. On Cell C website offer is displayed for: 1GB Data - monthly fee of R69.00 once off fee for sim of R114.00 My first bill was for the amount of R191.66 that was for the once off fee and the monthly fee. This month I checked my balance on my tablet and it shows I need to pay R154.99!!! How can they charge me that amount if that was not the agreement? I am still waiting for my first statement and the second statement! I called Cell C three times regarding the billing despute and still its not sorted out!!! I will not recommend anyone to take a contract with Cell C if they cant even sort out a wrong billing problem. My ref for my despute is: 3061803423. Not once was I called back, I had to call them each time and everytime I was told it' s escalated. Who are they trying to fool?
