Lying false advertising!!!

As per call from a consultant from you department who sold me a 2 gig data package for R99 per month it stated only an amount of R99
I have been debited R668!!! like what did I miss
I have never received a statement or text messages of my bills
I would like the recording as I am taking this further
I want this contract to to terminated ASAP and I want to be refunded the excess
I want this treated As urgent as you'll are from clients and false selling!!!
