I was called by a cell-C agent for a cell-phone contract. During the sale, I agreed to take the offer which is for the Samsung S4 and this was not for an open line. No where did the agent advise that it was an open line- we agreed for a straight up 100 top-up for R399.00. In July an exorbitant amount of R615.50 was debited and I queried the matter with Cell-C and i was advised that this was pro-rated. In September I was debited twice the amount I signed up for - R852.83. I called in on the 02/09/2013 to query and I was advised that I have an open line. I was never advised of this and I have not even received a statement. I spoke to Amele Peng and I asked her to speak to her supervisor and come back to me befoe COB 03/09/2013. I have also returned the debit order but I need this sorted out. No one came back to me. I am so disappointed in theway Cell-C is handling their queries and the misrepresentation their sales people do for their product to be sold. this is really sickening. I suggest that a supervisor comes back to me asap. I am on the verge of cancelling the contract because I don't want to deal with untrusted companies.
