No internet again

I have been living in Jackal Creek for 3.5 weeks now, and from what I see I should get use to not having internet. I understand there will be problems from time to time, but after emailing them and leaving voice messages and then not getting any feedback after 12 hours is where I draw the line. I have spend over 3 hours online with their telephone support this month as on average you hold on for around 20 minutes (Have itemised billing to prove it).
If you force me to make use of your service and pay for internet, I would like to think that a simple call or email reply about the problem and if you are working on it is not too much to ask.
