The fault was reported to Telkom on 21/02/2013 and since then I have been promised every single day that its being attended to. It was apparently listed as URGENT on 25/02/2013 and the Technician would contact me with an update... the following day I was told the same thing and didn't get a reply (forgot to ask if he would contact me this year). Sent an email to their complaints department on 26/02/2013, still no reply. Now being told that the max time allowed should have been 4 days (up to the 25/02/2013) - Ref 499595. The Technician was suppose to contact me and I am still waiting.

Strange though, the recording on the faults line 10210 will advise you that you will be responsible for payment should the fault not be on Telkom side though there is no mention as to a refund for the days that are being billed without the service being available.
